| I am looking to get drafted
or sign with an agent in my respective sport; what's the first step? |
- The first step is to research your future agent thoroughly. Ask
to speak to some of your potential agent's clients to get a broad
view of the agent's performance. This relationship will be the
most important in your search to become a professional athlete.
- Take your time and invest in the agent, the person -- not the
company. After all, it is really the agent who is the person that
will ultimately decide on how well your client / agent relationship
is progressing

and I need endorsement help; can you help me? |
- Yes. Magellan Sports Management has services in helping clients
seek different types of endorsement opportunities through our affiliate,
Magellan Entertainment Inc.

| I wanted to arrange an autograph
show / celebrity appearance, but the athlete in mind is not a client
of yours; can you help me? |
- Magellan Sports Management deals with athletes from other agencies
as well. We often do joint projects in helping our clients secure
different types of appearances with all types of celebrities.

| I want to get into film /
television, where do I start? |
- The best way to begin the process is by putting together a demo
reel and portfolio of all the different types of television, film
and commercial work you have done. We have editing services in
helping put the demo reels together if you have work on multiple
tapes. From that point on we get head shots and resumes done for
our clients. It is then that we look to set up our client with
a talent agent we feel would best suit his or her profile from
our contacts.

| Are you a talent agency? |
- No. Magellan Entertainment Inc. is not a talent agency. Although
we are often notified of different projects for our clients, we
are not a talent agency. We do however provide our clients meetings
with prospective talent agents for their respective fields.

| Are contracts signed, and
if so, what type of contracts are signed between clients and agents? |
- Yes. Contracts are signed between management and clients. Each
contract is negotiated differently. Magellan Entertainment Inc.,
offers a wide array of services to it's clients and customizes
contracts to suit each client.
